North London Collegiate & Bromley High are SPTW Online Girls Schools Champions 2022/23

The third season of the SPTW Primary and Secondary online girls schools leagues took place over 6 battles across the 2022/23 season.

Battles take place once every half term, on a Wednesday evening, for one hour and girls represent their school by playing from home on the Lichess chess server.

An average of around 120 girls participated in each event, demonstrating how the competition has become very popular.

We can now announce the medallists:

Primary Schools League

1st= North London Collegiate School 192 points

1st= Bromley High 192 points

3rd Bute House 138 points

Secondary Schools League

1st North London Collegiate School 232 points

2nd Denmark Road 199 points

3rd Ellen Wilkinson School for Girls 190 points
